This Bakery Fair 2019, we witnessed over 60 cake display entries in the lobby of the World Trade Center. In the middle of all the gorgeous cake displays, we find a masterpiece in the entrance of the event. Featuring a seven foot cake created by award winning James Anton Uy of Cubcakes Bakery, celebrating the Chinese New Year – Year of the Pig.
The 11th international exhibition on bakery, confectionery and foodservice equipment and supplies showcased approximately 200 booths featuring everything baking related – from equipments, supplies, trainings, and services.
Showcasing the Bakers Cup competition, cakes, and baking related items all around, the three day event successfully satisfied guests and visitors with a sweet tooth. With thousands of attendees, FCBAI would like to thank everyone for their continuous support.
